Computer games for dames and crocheting do it for me, (since I can’t loll around on the beach in my bikini – lol.) I usually choose crocheting however, because as my son said, “it is a dying art.” I am proud of what I accomplish, and always look for new patterns to challenge me. Even with the challenge – it seems relaxing – can’t figure that one out. klc

I love to just go outside on my deck and watch the deer or chimpmunks.

Reading anything or listening to some instrumental music...could be anything.

Maintaining connection with the subtle . . theta waves work for me. The Maharishi speaks of Transcendental (wmv.file video)

I have links to the ICHING for those who step into the river in the same place.

Various unknown links on my webpages, you know, nobody has the time . . busy busy busy.

. . intuitiveness comes from within the subtle energies . .

Hi everyone,

Personally, I'm alot like Susan.

I like to take a walk through my woods, watch the deer, and feed the ducks in the creek. We raised 10 ducklings a few years ago and they still hang around for food.

I love nature.

Hi all. I am not really that new to group anymore, but this is my first time posting.... better late then never huh?

My most favorite way to relax is to take a nice hot steamy bath with a nice glass a wine! Ahhhhhhhhh... so relaxing. Atleast until the little one comes looking for me.

Hello everyone, I am not new but I haven't been here in quite some time. I like to do many things in my spare time that I use to rejuvenate, but the best is a aromatherapy mineral bath, green tea and then some patience-nurturing beadwork, making beautiful unique one-time original design jewelry pieces.

I'm new to this network so I'll jump in and say that to relaxe, one of the ways is to work on some kind of crafting thing, such as just recently I got some long willow wands (@ 8 ft) and used them as decor for the yard to signal fall about to arrive and a couple of the wands I kept a couple to create two pentagrams to use as more permanent decor for outside.

Another way I like to relax is to just take a nap with one or both of my puppies sleeping at my feet, they keep my toes nice and warm :)

Or I'll watch a show with one of my teenage children - believe it or not, it is relaxing for me to sit with them doing whatever they are doing. I don't know, call it a mothering thing or something :)
